Where We Ship
United States
We ship fresh Florida citrus throughout the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Certain states, including Arizona, California, Louisiana, and Texas, have seasonal citrus import restrictions. If you have questions about shipping to one of these states, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Canada
We proudly ship to all provinces in Canada.
Expedited shipping options are not available for Canadian deliveries.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States and Canada.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
To help ensure holiday delivery, we recommend placing orders as early as possible during the busy holiday season.
Recommended order deadlines:
- Canada — December 14
- Far West — December 14
- Midwest — December 17
- East Coast — December 17
- Special Delivery Areas — December 14
Holiday shipping deadlines are subject to change based on carrier schedules and weather conditions.
Most orders are shipped using UPS.
Typical delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your destination.
Standard shipping rates are $14.99 in the United States and $49.99 to Canada.
Please note:
- A physical street address is required.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- Requested delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we make every effort to meet your requested arrival date.
